All firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. After purchasing, you will be required to provide the contact information of your preferred FFL dealer in your area.
You will complete your background check and legal transfer at the FFL dealer’s location.
We do not ship firearms directly to customers’ homes. All sales comply with federal and state regulations.
Firearms Returned/Refund Policies
For Online Sales: Once purchased and shipped to your FFL, used firearms will not be refunded or returned, with exceptions outside of the owners control such and shipping damages, which should be immediately documented by the FFL or owner at time of delivery. Any new firearms will also not be refunded or returned. Any issues with a new firearm should be handled through the firearm manufactures warranty service.
For Direct Sales: In person sales for used firearms will also not be refunded or returned, once purchased. Prior to a sale, a potential buyer will have ample opportunity to inspect and handle a firearm to ensure they are satisfied at the time of purchase. New firearms will also not be returned or refunded. However, any issues with a new firearm may either be handled directly with DNASKUNKWORX or may be handled through the firearm manufactures warranty service.
