FFL Transfer & Pickup Policy
At DNASKUNKWORX LLC, we comply with all federal, state, and local firearm laws. Newly firearms cannot be shipped directly to any home — no matter your location. All purchases must be picked up in person, if you're a resident of Kentucky, or you have the option for it to be shipped to an FFL.
The only exception to this policy is if the firearm is already owned by the buyer — such as a previously purchased item being returned after repair or customization. In such cases, we may legally ship it back to the original owner.
🚚 Out-of-State Buyers
- ✅ Out-of-state buyers are required to provide a valid FFL dealer for transfer.
- 📦 We ship your firearm to the FFL dealer you provide.
- 📝 You will complete a background check at the FFL before receiving the firearm.

- ⚠️ Firearms cannot be shipped to any residential address.
- 🏢 All buyers, including residents of Kentucky, are required to pick up their purchase in person. This can be done either directly at DNASKUNKWORX or through the Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer you selected during the transaction process. Please ensure arrangements are made accordingly, as shipping to individuals is not permitted.
- 🔁 If a firearm is already yours (e.g., sent in for service), we can ship it back to your address on file.
